Shipping

We begin preparing pre-orders as soon as they are ordered. They can take up to 6-11 weeks to ship due to production and shipping times. Our team will contact you when our facility recieves updates on our shipments.

 

Order confirmation emails are automatically generated once you’ve successfully placed an order. But, they can be sent to junk mail. Please check all of your email folders.

Shipping confirmation emails are sent from the carrier you select during checkout, an email containing USPS tracking information will be sent once your order ships – look through your junk mail for these too!

International Order

We accept payments in all currencies. All prices will be converted from the price in USD. Exchanging rates are synchronized with the “Daily Conversion Rate” under the United States regulations. 

 

 

If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. Please consult your bank or credit card provider if you are unsure. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit/debit card company may charge you.

 

 

Reyurn policy

♡ It is rare but an unavoidable situation that goods may be damaged in the shipping process. In the instance of this happening we will immediately send you a replacement order! No additional charges. Please send an e-mail to info@tinyprotector.com with the full name used in the order, the order number, updated shipping address, a picture of the damaged package and products needing replacement. This is valid for 30 days, beginning from the day that your order was delivered.
